Assaulting etc., officer

Any person assaulting, resisting or interfering with or interrupting any officer of customs or police officer in the Assualting etc., Harbours and Merchant Shipping 13 discharge of his duties in connection with these Regulations shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
