Fees on goods landed at public wharf

(1) Subject to the provisions of subregulation (2) there shall be paid on all goods other than livestock arriving in Belize City from outside the country and landed at any public or private wharf fees assessed as follows– (a) cargoes not exceeding sixty tons, 40 cents a ton;
