Harbour Master

(1) The person appointed to the post of Ports Commissioner under the Belize Port Authority Act shall perform the duties which immediately before such appointment were being performed by the Harbour Master under this Act. CAP. 233. (2) Pending the appointment of the Ports Commissioner the persons holding the post of Harbour Master and Assistant Harbour Master shall continue to act as such. 10
