Ports Commissioner to monitor compliance with Regulations
Belize Port Authority (Verified Gross Mass) Regulations, reg. 17 · Revised Edition 2020
The Ports Commissioner or a person authorised by him shall conduct checks to ensure that procedures consistent with these regulations are in place and are complied with.
