Lapse and revocation of permit

(1) Any permit granted under the last preceding regulation shall cease to have effect immediately on the cancellation of the licence of the pilot or on his ceasing for any cause to be a licensed pilot. (2) The Harbour Master may, at any time, revoke such permit for breach by the pilot of any of the conditions therein contained. SERVICE AND CONDUCT OF PILOTS
