Behaviour of motorists

Drivers and persons in charge of mechanically propelled vehicles shall at all times while entering or leaving a port area conduct themselves in an orderly manner and comply with such orders as may from time to time be issued by the Ports Commissioner and with the terms of any notices and signs exhibited by order of the Authority.
