Labourers and visitors to wear identification

(1) The Ports Commissioner may require labourers and visitors within a port to wear identification discs. (2) Labourers and visitors shall collect identification discs at the Authority’s Office and shall enter or leave the port area through the port gate provided for the purpose and while on port premises are subject to the Ports Commissioner’s lawful orders. The Ports Commissioner may, if he so desires, have all persons and vehicles checked before entering and leaving port areas.
