Ship Passes

Ships will be provided with sufficient passes by the Ports Commissioner for crew members. No crew member will be permitted to leave or enter a port area without a pass; such passes must be returned to the Ports Commissioner one hour before sailing time posted on board such ship in order to ensure that all crew members are on board.
