Wharf obstruction

(1) Stevedore’s tools, appliances, equipment, vehicles or any other materials or objects which are not part of the cargo shall not be permitted to remain on the wharves or in the transit sheds, except at the discretion of the Ports Commissioner. (2) Cargo or gear shall not be stored on the aprons, in driveways, roadways, or any other locations that would hamper normal port operations without approval of the Authority. If not removed when so ordered, it shall be subject to removal by the Authority at the agent’s expense.
