Savings for subsidiary legislation

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Act and the repeal by this Act of any enactment, or any subsidiary legislation made under any such enactment so repealed, such subsidiary legislation shall remain in force until it has been revoked or replaced by regulations: Provided that the Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, vary, amend, extend or revoke such subsidiary legislation so remaining in force or any part as he thinks fit.
