Restrictions on execution against property of the Authority

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Act or any regulations or in any other enactment, where any judgment or arbitration award has been obtained against the Authority in respect of anything done or omitted to be done under the provisions of this Act in respect of the Authority or its purposes, no execution or attachment or process in the nature thereof shall be issued against the Authority, but such amounts as are by the order awarded against the Authority shall be paid by the Authority from its funds to the person entitled hereto, and no property of the Authority shall be seized or taken by any person having by law power to attach or distrain property.
