Master to supply information

The master of any ship arriving in a port shall produce to an authorized officer, (a) the ship’s register and the ship’s papers; (b) a list of the passengers, if any, showing particulars of their sex and occupation; (c) a list showing the details, if any, of any incident which has occurred during the voyage; 45 (d) a list showing the stowaways, if any, on the ship, and shall also supply such other information in relation to the ship, passengers and cargo thereof, as such officers may reasonably require.
