Authority to employ pilots

(1) Subject to this Act, the Authority may employ such number of pilots as it thinks necessary or expedient for the purpose of providing an adequate and efficient pilotage (2) No person shall be employed as an Authority Pilot, unless he is in possession of a valid licence to act as a pilot issued under section 59 of this Act.
