Seal of the Authority

(1) The seal of the Authority shall be kept in the custody of the Chairperson or of the Ports Commissioner and may be affixed to instruments pursuant to a resolution of the Board and in the presence of the Chairperson and one other member and the Ports Commissioner. (2) The seal of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signatures of the Chairperson or such other person as may be performing the functions of the Chairperson and the Ports Commissioner, and such seal shall be officially and judicially noticed. (3) All deeds, instruments, contracts and other documents, other than those required by law to be under seal, made by, and all decisions of, the Authority may be signified under the hand of the Chairperson, or such other person as may be performing the functions of the Chairperson or Ports Commissioner.
