Security for charges

An agent who intends to incur a liability in respect of any of the sums mentioned in section 39 of this Act, may deposit with the Authority or guarantee such sums as are, in the opinion of the Authority, reasonable, having regard to the amount or probable amount of the sums which such agent shall be liable to pay to the Authority.
