Dues and charges in respect of ship

Subject to this Act and the regulations made thereunder, every ship which, (a) enters a port for the purpose of loading or discharging cargo or embarking or disembarking passengers; or (b) occupies an anchorage or berth within the port; shall pay to the Authority the dues and charges in respect of such ship and for any service performed or facility provided in 31 respect of such ship in accordance with the regulations under
