Estimates in respect of financial year

(1) The Board shall cause to be prepared every year, in such form as may be prescribed by the Financial Secretary, estimates of expenditure and revenue in respect of the ensuing financial year, and shall adopt such estimates in respect of that year. 27 (2) Supplementary estimates may be adopted at any meeting of the Board. (3) The estimates of revenue and expenditure in respect of the financial year and all supplementary estimates in respect of that year shall, upon adoption by the Authority, be sent to the Minister responsible for Finance through the Minister responsible for the Authority, and the Minister responsible for Finance shall present the said estimates to the National Assembly with such amendments, if any, as he may consider necessary.
