Revenue of the Authority

(1) The revenue of the Authority shall consist of, (a) the sums received by the Authority in respect of dues and charges levied and payable in pursuance of this Act and any regulations; (b) such sums as the Authority may borrow for meeting any of its obligations or discharging its functions; (c) all other sums that may become payable to or vested in the Authority in respect of any matter incidental to its powers and duties. (2) All sums referred to in subsection (1) of this section, shall be paid into and placed to the credit of an account to be maintained in the name of the Authority at a bank approved by the Minister.
