Designation of ports

(1) The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, designate any place, not already included under the definition of the term “port” herein, a port for the purposes of this Act. (2) The Minister shall, by Order published in the Gazette, define the limits of the ports named in this Act and any other place designated as a port by him under subsection (1) of this
