Policy

(1) The Board may give to the Ports Commissioner directions of a general character as to the policy to be followed in the performance of his functions in relation to matters appearing to him to concern the public interest. (2) The Ports Commissioner shall furnish the Board with such returns, accounts and other information as it may require with respect to the property and activities of the Authority, and shall afford to it facilities for verifying such information in such manner and at such times as the Board may reasonably require. body.
