Reservation of adjoining land

There shall be reserved for the benefit and protection of the said road all such land that lies within Seventy-Five (75) feet of the centre of such road on each side. Lindo, Joan Ysaguirre, Linda Faux, Estate of Hoadley Gabb, across the Belize Old River, through the Estate of James D. Burns and finally intersecting the Belize Airport Road at point, which is approximately 1 mile along the Belize International Airport Road to its intersection with Phillip Goldson Highway. The Airport Link Road commences at a point, whose coordinates are 1931709.944 N, 362667.212 E, which is also its intersection with the George Price Highway; thence on a grid azimuth of 359° 59' 58" for a grid distance of 176.028 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 317° 53' 17" for a grid distance of 376.326 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 22° 42' 35" for a grid distance of 1003.098 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 344° 57' 32" for a grid distance of 1624.993 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 29° 47' 37" for a grid distance of 446.025 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 9° 07' 57" for a grid distance of 887.307 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 340° 44' 34" for a grid distance of 640.943 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 15° 27' 16" for a grid distance of 622.352 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 331° 32' 30" for a grid distance of 528.695 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 9° 19' 45" for a grid distance of 1139.269 meters to a point; thence on a grid azimuth of 347° 53' 04" for a grid distance of 849.286 meters, that crosses the Belize Old River, to a point on the Belize Airport Road, which is the intersection of this proposed Airport Link Road and the Belize International Airport Road and whose coordinate is 1939439.162 N, 362188.064. 154 Public Roads The road reserve for the Airport Link Road is 150 feet.
