Reservation

There shall be reserved for the benefit and protection of such road all such land that lies within sixty-six (66) feet of the centre of the road, on each side of the centre line of such road. (SAMUEL WAIGHT) Minister of Work (Minister responsible for Works) 130 Public Roads SCHEDULE (Order 2) MILE 8 ROAD – NORTHERN HIGHWAY (VISTA DEL MAR) ALL THAT piece of parcel of land situated at mile 8 on the Northern Highway, East of Ladyville Village, Belize District, now or formerly the property of Evergreen Investment Limited (conveyance dated 8th August 1989 and recorded at the General Registry in Deeds Book Volume 16 of 1989 at folios 1255- 1266), bounded on the North-east by lands belonging to Evergreen Investment Limited, on the South by the Northern Highway, on the West by lands belonging to Evergreen Investment Limited, on the North by lands belonging to Vista Del Mar Development Co. Ltd., containing 10,444.01 square yards as shown on plan of survey by Mr. A. R. Marin, licensed Surveyor, and recorded at Register 3 entry 1051 at the Lands and Survey Department, Belmopan, and being more particularly described as followsCommencing from a wooden post, being the north-west corner of herein described parcel, thence on a grid bearing of 75 degrees 12' 45" for a grid distance of 36.570 metres to a wooden post, thence on a grid bearing of 150 degrees 59' 45” for a grid distance of 248.194 metres to a concrete pillar, thence on a grid distance of 260 degrees 21' 15" for a grid distance of 37.555 metres to a concrete pillar, thence on a grid bearing of 330 degrees 59' 45" for a grid distance of 244.740 metres back to the point of commencement.
