The area particularly described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared a Public Road from the date of publication of this Order. Minister of Local Government Public Roads 123 SCHEDULE (Order 2) SAN PEDRO TOWN PALM STREET ALL THAT portion of land being “T” shaped and being a portion of the cocal known as Esmeralda now or formerly the property of Havatina Limited situated on the East coast of Ambergris Caye at a point about 0.4 miles South from the Southern Boundary of the Roman Catholic School, San Pedro Town, and being bounded on the north-east partly by lands now or formerly of Barry Bowen and partly by Lots Nos. 3, 10 and 15 in the Havatina Limited Subdivision, on the north-west partly by a road and partly by Lots. Nos. 13, 14 and 15 in the said subdivision, on the South-east partly by the sea and partly by Lots Nos. 10, 11 and 12 in the said subdivision and on the South- west by lands being developed under the name of the Belize Yacht Club and being more particularly bounded and described as followsCommencing at a concrete pillar situate at the South-western corner of the said portion of land at its junction with a road and premising that all bearings and distances are grid, thence on a bearing of 131 degrees 34 minutes 32 seconds for a total distance of 194.95 feet or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 41 degrees 07 minutes 17 seconds for a distance of 20.0 feet or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 311 degrees 34 minutes 32 seconds for a total distance of 119.97 feet or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 41 degrees 07 minutes 17 seconds for a total distance of 209.94 feet or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 311 degrees 34 minutes 32 seconds for a distance of 15.0 feet or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 221 degrees 07 minutes 17 seconds for a total distance of 209.94 feet or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 311 degrees 34 minutes 32 seconds for a distance of 59.98 feet or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a 124 Public Roads bearing of 221 degrees 07 minutes 17 seconds for a distance of 20.0 feet or thereabouts back to the concrete pillar at the point of commencement which said portion of land is more particularly shown and delineated on a plan drawn by H. D. Flowers, Land Surveyor, recorded at the Ministry of Natural Resources in Register No. 2 Entry No. 391AND INCLUDING all improvements and additions to the said road whether by natural or human causes to grant access from the main road (the road running from San Pedro Town Centre to Victoria House) on to the low-tide mark of the sea and including all other land as defined in the Schedule hereto which said road can be seen on a plan at the San Pedro Town Board, Barrier Reef Drive, San Pedro Town, during normal hours.
