The area particularly described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared a Public Road from the date of the publication of this Order. Minister of Local Government Public Roads 115 SCHEDULE ALL THAT portion of land being “T” shaped and a portion of the cocal known as Conecu De San Telmo now or formerly the property of Ricarda Munoz situated on the East coast of Ambergris Caye at a point about 1.2 miles South from the Southern Boundary of the Roman Catholic School, San Pedro Town, and being bounded on the North partly by lands of Ricarda Munoz and partly by lands of Southwind Development Limited, on the East partly by lands of Ricarda Munoz and partly by a public road, on the South partly by lands of Ricarda Munoz and partly by lands now or formerly of Isaac Saldivar and on the West by lands of Sunset Coves Limited and being more particularly bounded and described as followsCommencing at a concrete pillar which said concrete pillar is lettered “J” on a plan recorded at the Ministry of Natural Resources in Register No. 2 Entry 456 and premising that all bearings and distances are grid thence on a bearing of 294 degrees 58 minutes 57 seconds for a total distance of 162.093 meters (531.80 feet) or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 54 degrees 10 minutes for a distance of 55.142 meters (180.91feet) or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 304 degrees 28 minutes 07 seconds for a distance of 9.713 meters (31.87 feet) or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 234 degrees 10 minutes for a distance of 139.717 meters (458.39 feet) or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 114 degrees 58 minutes 57 seconds for a distance of 10.477 meters (34.37 feet) or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 54 degrees 10 minutes for a distance of 74.014 meters (242.83 feet) or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence on a bearing of 114 degrees 58 minutes 57 seconds for a total distance of 163.722 meters (537.15 feet) or thereabouts to a concrete pillar, thence in a South-easterly direction for a distance of 5 meters (16.4 feet) or thereabouts to a concrete pillar thence on a bearing of 9 degrees 27 minutes 07 seconds for a distance of 9.498 meters (31.16 feet) back to the concrete pillar at the point of commencement which said portion 116 Public Roads of land is more particularly shown and delineated on a plan prepared by the Office of G. V. Bautista, Licensed Surveyor, dated the 17th January, 1991 and which said plan can be seen at the Office of the San Pedro Town Board, Barrier Reef Drive, San Pedro Town, during normal working hours.
