The area particularly described in Schedules “A” and “B” to this Order are hereby declared a Public Road from the date of the publication of this Order. Minister of Local Government 74 Public Roads SCHEDULE A (Order 2) PUBLIC ROAD ALL THAT strip of land being a portion of those lands or cocals known as San Cristobal and Santa Paula now or formerly the properties of James H. Blake situated on the east coast of Ambergris Caye at a point approximately one (1) mile south of the San Pedro Town Centre and being an “L” shaped strip of land, which is more particularly bounded and described as followsCommencing at a concrete pillar (U.T.M. Zone 16 Grid Co- ordinates 397,263.816 meters East and 1,980,493.738 meters north); thence in a South-westerly direction for an approximate distance of 60 meters to a concrete pillar thence on a true bearing of South 41 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds West for a true distance of 121.888 meters to a concrete pillar; thence continuing in the same direction for a true distance of 9.403 meters to a point; thence on a true bearing of North 62 degrees 06 minutes West for a true distance of 96.052 meters to a point on a road; thence continuing in the same direction for a true distance of 9.206 meters to a point across the said road; thence on a true bearing of North 62 degrees 46 minutes West for an approximate distance of 181 meters to a point; thence in a North- easterly direction for a true distance of approximately 10 meters to a point; thence on a true bearing of South 62 degrees 46 minutes East for a distance of approximately 181 meters to a point on the said road; thence on a bearing of South 62 degrees 06 minutes East for a true distance of 9.206 meters to a point on the opposite side of the said road; thence continuing in the same direction for a further distance of 88.071 meters to a point; thence on a true bearing of North 41 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds East for a distance of 123.465 meters to a point; thence in a North-easterly direction for an approximate distance of 60 meters to a concrete pillar situated at the southern corner of Lot Public Roads 75 No. 4 in Block No.15 and which said concrete pillar is shown on a plan recorded at the General Registry, Belize City in Surveyors Plans Book No. 6 at Folio 237 drawn by H. C. Fairweather, Chartered Surveyor and dated 3rd September, 1973; thence in a South-easterly direction for a grid distance of 10.574 meters back to the point of commencement which said strip of land is more particularly shown and delineated on a plan drawn by G. V. Bautista, Licensed Surveyor, dated 12th December, 1987 and thereon coloured brown which said plan can be seen at the Office of the San Pedro Town Board, Barrier Reef Drive, San Pedro Town, during normal working hours. Blake, situated on the east coast of Ambergris Caye approximately one (1) mile south of the San Pedro Town Centre and being more particularly bounded and described as followsCommencing at a point (U.T.M. Zone 16 Grid Co-ordinates 397,026.686 meters East and 1,980,344.563 meters North) on a road; thence on a true bearing of North 34 degrees 41 minutes 03 seconds East along the said road for a true distance of 56.394 meters to a point; thence on a true bearing of North 62 degrees 06 minutes for a true distance of 9.206 meters to a point on the opposite side of the road; thence on a true bearing of South 34 degrees 41 minutes 03 seconds along the said road for a true distance of 56.934 meters to a point; thence on a true bearing of South 62 degrees 06 minutes West for a true distance of 9.206 meters back to the point of commencement which said strip of land is more particularly shown and delineated on a plan drawn by G. V. Bautista, Licensed Surveyor, dated 12th December, 1987 and thereon coloured green which said plan can be seen at 76 Public Roads the Office of the San Pedro Town Board, Barrier Reef Drive, San Pedro Town, during normal working hours.
