The area particularly described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared a Public Road from the date of the publication of this Order. Minister of Local Government Public Roads 71 SCHEDULE (Order 2) SAN PEDRO TOWN SOUTH ROAD ALL THAT strip of land being a portion of the Cocal known as Santa Paula, now or formerly the property of James H. Blake, situated on the east coast of Ambergris Caye at a point about one (1) mile South of the San Pedro Town Centre and being more particularly bounded and described as followsCommencing at a point situated at the North-eastern corner of the said Cocal known as Santa Paula alongside the property said to be of Jay and Linsay Ward; thence on a true bearing of North 62 degrees 06 minutes West for an approximate distance of 50 meters (164 feet more or less) to a concrete pillar; thence on a true bearing of South 41 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds West along a road for an approximate distance of 9.4 meters (31 feet more or less) to a point; thence on a true bearing of South 62 degrees 06 minutes East for an approximate distance of 50 meters (164 feet more or less) to a point on the sea-shore; thence in a North-easterly direction along the meandering of the sea- shore for an approximate distance of 9.4 meters (31 feet more or less) back to the point of commencement which said strip of land is more particularly shown and delineated on a plan drawn by G. V. Bautista, Licensed Surveyor, dated the 12th December, 1987 and thereon coloured red and can be seen at the Office of the San Pedro Town Board, Barrier Reef Drive, San Pedro Town, during normal working hours.
