Reservation

There shall be reserved for the benefit and protection of such road all such land that lies within sixty-six (66) feet of the centre of the road, on each side of the centre line of such road. Public Roads 65 SCHEDULE (Order 2) BOLTON BANK ROAD ALL THAT allotment of land, to the extent of 33'00'' on either side commencing at a point on the centre of the Northern Highway 162.834 metres south-west of Haulover Creek Bridge Abutment on a grid bearing 161 degrees 23' 23" shown as I.T.6. Hence from starting point (I.T.6) of public road at a grid bearing of 264 degrees 02' 24" for a distance of 15.361 metres to intersection point A. Hence from intersection point A at grid bearing of 336 degrees 56' 23" for a distance of 152 metres to intersection point B. Hence from intersection point B at a grid bearing of 278 degrees 30' 08" for a distance of 32.797 metres. MADE by the Minister of Works this 11th day of July, 1990.
