Reservation

There shall be reserved for the benefit and protection of such road all such land that lies within sixty-six (66) feet of the centre of the road, on each side of the centre line of such road. 62 Public Roads SCHEDULE (Order 2) NEW CHIAL NEGROMAN ROAD ALL THAT piece or strip of land being 66 feet in perpendicular width situated in the Chial Area Cayo District, bounded on the North by Block No.73, on the South by Block No. 73, on the East by a road reserve and on the West by the Western Highway as shown on Plan 1516 and Tracing No. 158 lodged at the Lands and Surveys Department, Belmopan, the Northerly limit of the said strip being more particularly described as followsCommencing at a point along the easterly limit of the Western Highway and being the south-western corner of Block No. 72; thence along a wire fence on a south-easterly direction for a distance of 1476 feet more or less to a point intersecting with the western limit of Chial Road.
