Reservation

There shall be reserved for the benefit and protection of such road all such land that lies within sixty-six (66) feet of the centre of the road, on each side of the centre line of such road. Public Roads 59 SCHEDULE (Order 2) CHAA CREEK ROAD ALL THAT piece or strip of land being 66 feet in perpendicular width situated in the Chial Area Cayo District, bounded on the north by Block Nos. 71, 70, 69, 68, 67, 66 on the south by Block Nos. 74, 76, 77A, 77, 78, 79, and 80, on the east by a 66 feet Road Reserve and on the west by a 66 feet Road Reserve as shown on Plan No. 1516 and Tracing No. 158 located at the Lands and Surveys Department, Belmopan, the Southerly limit of the said strip of land being more particularly described as followsCommencing at a concrete pillar being the North Western corner of Block No. 74; thence on a line due East for a distance of 8466.89 feet more or less to a Pile of Stones which is located 66 feet due east from the north-eastern corner of Block No. 80.
