Reservation

There shall be reserved for the benefit and protection of such road all such land that lies within sixty-six (66) feet of the centre of the road, on each side of the centre line of such road. 56 Public Roads SCHEDULE (Order 2) OLD CHIAL ROAD ALL THAT piece or strip of land being 66 feet in perpendicular width, 33 feet on each side of a centre line situated in the Chial Area, Cayo District, bounded on the North by Block No. 72 on the South by Block No. 72 on the East by Block No. 71 and on the West by Western Highway as shown on Plan 1516 and Tracing No. 158 lodged at the Lands and Surveys Department Belmopan, and which said centre line is described as followsCommencing at a point which may be located by going due East a distance of 238.81 feet from a concrete pillar being the North Western corner of Block No. 74 thence on a true bearing of 328 degree 02' 20" a distance of 347.45 feet to a point; thence on a true bearing of 300 degree 28' 00" a distance of 1019.46 feet to a point; thence on a true bearing of 316 degree 58’ 51" a distance 451.04 feet more or less to a point intersecting with the Eastern boundary of the Western Highway.
