Minister may declare public roads

Cap. 232, s. 6 · Revised Edition 2020

The Minister may by Order declare any road, street or thoroughfare to be a public road for the purposes of this Act and such road, street or thoroughfare shall from the time specified in such Order be deemed to be a public road.
