Authentication of certificate

(1) Every certificate of insurance or certificate of security shall be duly authenticated by or on behalf of the company by whom it is issued. Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) [CAP. 231 7 (2) The certificate aforesaid shall be issued on or before the date on which the policy or security is issued or renewed.
