Act Section 7

Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Regulations, reg. 21 · Revised Edition 2020

The provisions of section 6 of the Act shall not apply in relation to any policy of insurance in respect of which a certificate of foreign insurance has been issued.
