Interpretation of Part II
Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Regulations, reg. 14 · Revised Edition 2020
In this Part of these Regulations“issuing authority” means the Chief Transport Officer;
“motor vehicle” means a motor vehicle brought into Belize by a visitor;
“visitor” means a person bringing a motor vehicle into Belize and making only a temporary stay therein.
