Policy or security ceasing to be effective

Where to the knowledge of a company a policy or security issued by them ceases to be effective without the consent of the person to whom it was issued otherwise than by effluxion of time or by reason of his death, the company shall forthwith notify the Commissioner of Police of the date on which the policy or security ceased to be effective.
