Section 3

(1) A person bringing a motor vehicle into Belize may, subject to and in accordance with these Regulations, be granted an international circulation permit, and a vehicle, as respects which an international circulation permit is in force, shall be exempt from any licence fees in respect of such vehicle. (2) An international circulation permit shall be granted to a person brining a motor vehicle into Belize if heSchedule I. (a) furnishes the Department of Transport with such particulars as are specified in Schedule I to these Regulations, and (b) satisfies the Department that he is resident outside of Belize and that the motor vehicle is only temporarily in Belize. (3) An international circulation permit shall not be granted for a tractor.
