Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic Regulations, reg. 74 · Revised Edition 2020
The stability of an omnibus shall be such that under any conditions of load if the surface on which the omnibus stands were tilted to either side to an angle of 35° from the horizontal point at which the overturning occurs would not be passed.
