Information to be marked on vehicles

(1) All goods vehicles, freight passenger vehicles and motor omnibuses shall have clearly painted thereon the information given below for each class of vehicle– (i) Unladen weight……………….……………lb. (iv) Maximum speed limit…………..….…..m.p.h. 104 Motor omnibusesLicensed to carry………….…….…….persons (2) The information required in the last foregoing paragraph of this regulation shall be the weights, the number of persons and the maximum speed limits respectively that each vehicle is authorised by law to carry, and shall be clearly painted in letters and figures not less than ½'' in height on the right side of the bonnet immediately in front of the windscreen in such a position that it may be clearly read by a person standing on the right side of the vehicle, or, with the consent of the transport officer, on the outside of the right-hand front door of the vehicle.
