Determination of maximum gross weight
Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic Regulations, reg. 65 · Revised Edition 2020
The maximum gross weight of a goods vehicle, freight passenger vehicle or a motor omnibus for which the vehicle may be licensed shall be determined by the Department of Transport having regard to the maximum permissible gross weight of the vehicle declared by the maker and the general condition of the vehicle.
