Registration fee

On receipt of such application properly completed and signed by the owner together with the prescribed fee the Transport Officer shall, subject to the provisions of the Act and these Regulations and to the vehicle being certified by an inspector to be fit to be registered as a vehicle of the class for which it is sought to register it, register it by making the required entries in the records.
