Minister may allow dimensions

(1) The Minister may in his discretion, permit any motor vehicle to exceed any of the dimensions set out in the three preceding regulations, subject to such conditions as he shall think fit to impose. (2) The Minister may revoke any such permission on proof to his satisfaction that any condition imposed under paragraph (1) of this regulation has been broken.
