Holder of licence to drive private vehicles may drive taxi for his own use

Any person holding a Belize Driving Licence valid for the driving of private motor vehicles shall not be deemed to commit an offence under these Regulations by driving a vehicle registered as a taxi where he has hired such vehicle for his private use and where such vehicle is not carrying passengers for hire or reward, notwithstanding that his Belize Driving Licence is not endorsed as valid for the driving of public service
