Application for registration

The owner of a motor vehicle who desires to register it shall apply to the nearest Transport officer and shall complete and sign an application form as set out in Schedule A hereto. Application for the registration of a motor omnibus other than a freight passenger vehicle shall be made direct to the Department of Traffic of the municipality.
