Applicant able to drive without danger to road users
Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic Regulations, reg. 37 · Revised Edition 2020
The applicant shall also satisfy the examiner that he is capable of driving a motor vehicle of the particular construction or design to which the application relates without danger to users of the road.
