Deferment of test
Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic Regulations, reg. 36 · Revised Edition 2020
Where an applicant fails to pass the test required by regulation 34 of these Regulations the transport officer may, in his discretion, defer a further test of such applicant for a period not exceeding three months from the date of such failure.
