Test of applicant

Before the issue of a Belize Driving Licence the applicant shall satisfy the transport officer either by passing a test conducted by an examiner or by other means to the satisfaction of the transport officer that he is capable of driving and controlling a motor vehicle of the particular class, construction or design to which the application relates. In addition, he shall satisfy the transport officer that he is by character a fit and proper person to hold a Belize Driving Licence.
