Plates to remain property of Department

Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic Regulations, reg. 25 · Revised Edition 2020

The plates shall remain the property of the Department of Transport and shall be returned forthwith to the Department whenever the licence in respect of which they were issued is no longer valid.
