Application for a licence

(1) Any person who desires a dealers’ general licence shall make application to the Department of Transport in the form set out in Schedule G hereto together with the prescribed fee. (2) On being satisfied that the applicant is a bona fide dealer in, or manufacturer or repairer of, motor vehicles the Department shall issue to him a licence in the form set out in Schedule H hereto.
