Offence

No person shall wilfully drive, ride, draw or propel a vehicle (including a bicycle, tricycle, van, handcart or any other vehicle as defined in section 2 of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act), or ride an animal, upon any footpath, pavement, walkway or causeway by the side of any road made or set apart for the use or accommodation of pedestrians.
