Part VII to apply
Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic Regulations, reg. 222 · Revised Edition 2020
The provisions of Part VII of these Regulations shall,
mutatis mutandis, apply to the rider, driver or person in charge of every vehicle except that paragraphs (1) and (2) of regulation 119 shall not apply to the rider of a bicycle.
